Training

Training sessions are normally held on the first Saturday of the month by our qualified Nordic Walking Instructors.

• We meet in the lower car park at Erddig Hall at 09.30 for a 10.00 start.

• Loan poles are provided.

• There is a short registration form to complete.

• We ask for a voluntary contribution of £1.00.
