All our walks are graded according to type of terrain and walkers are able to join a group best suited to their ability.
Generally walking on good paths on undulating ground with gentle gradients. Suitable for all walkers with the basic understanding of the Nordic walking technique.
Walking on good paths on uneven ground with some short gradients included to challenge and raise the levels of cardiac exercise.
MODERATE / CHALLENGING
Walking a combination of rough paths and tracks with several long gradients along the whole walk. Suitable for most walkers at their own pace however, the extra climbs may be more demanding for the less experienced/fit.
Walks of a longer duration and distance with terrain varying from easy to moderate/challenging. Increased fitness levels and training will be required to participate.
